Garbage Collection

Week of June  9th, 2025

 ANYONE WISHING TO PARTICIPATE IN SPRING CLEAN-UP MUST
CONTACT BOROUGH OFFICE AT 814-948-8230 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
7:30 A.M. AND 4:00 P.M. 

THE PERMIT FEE IS $10.00.

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS JUNE 4, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Please have all items out for pickup on the morning of your scheduled pickup day during the week of June 9th, 2025!

PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

-We urge residents to use 30 gallon bags please (Containers limited to 60lbs.) except for allowable appliances.

-All items for pick-up must be at CURBSIDE by 5 am.

-All individual items must be able to be lifted by one man (no greater than 30 pounds).

-We will pick-up 10 BAGS and ONE large ITEM at CURBSIDE.

-All metal items/appliances must be separated from other items.

-Brush, limbs, cuttings and similar items must be bundled in 3 foot lengths.

WE WILL NOT PICK UP:

-Loose Garbage
-Automotive Parts, Tires or Wheels
-Paint, oil or liquids
-Batteries/Hazardous Materials
-Construction/Demolition Materials
-Refrigerators/Freezers/Air Conditioners
-Computer Monitors or Televisions
